“EGRFC is one of Sussex’s leading community rugby clubs and retains a philosophy of playing matches in the traditional spirit of rugby.  We are very proud to host the Sunshine Sevens again here at East Grinstead and to help raise money for such exceptional children’s charities”, said Garry Gordon, Sunshine 7’s Organiser, EGRFC.

Gary Haycock-West, Chief Executive Officer comments: “As a local company, Blue Cube Security is very honoured to be main sponsor again this year. It is a very special weekend for East Grinstead Rugby Club as they host the 61st Sunshine Sevens. This established local event is now the longest continuous running Sevens Tournament in the Country which is certainly worth celebrating. This unique Tournament has managed to establish itself on the Elite Sevens circuit, which feeds into the international sevens tournaments, but also keeping its main focus on raising money for local children’s charities. So far an amazing £250,000 has been raised.”

Come and join in the family-fun with music, mini beer festival and great food!  It is sure to be a very fast and exciting day of rugby! Non-members welcome as always. Donations gratefully received at the gate.
