The Challenge

Delivering a solution is not the end of the project. Organisations resources now has a requirement to recognise and tackle those risks that could jeopardise the ability to meet business objectives as well as provide ongoing support of the Blue Cube solution.

For most organisations, sending the whole IT department away to attend a training course is impractical.

The Service

Blue Cube begins by listening to organisations requirements in order to fully understand where priorities lie. The next step is to document a proposal that will outline the product that staff will be trained on as well as the training location, cost, duration and deliverables. Once outline agreement has been reached, a dialogue will ensue in which the finer detail of the training to be given will be discussed (i.e. the environment that the training is to be given in, platforms, versions of software, delegates' existing skill levels, etc.) and delivery dates agreed.

Once training is complete, staff will understand the product, the solution and how to seek additional support.
