Blue Cube (UK) Ltd partnered with IBM to hold an exclusive roundtable event on 22nd April 2009 at IBM's Southbank offices in London.

The event looked to explore the recent findings of the ISS X-Force research group which specialises in identifying threats which could affect your network security.

X-Force recently reported that of all security vulnerabilities affected the endpoint in 2008, 52% of those affected web browsers. The session looks to explore this phenomenon and some of the high-profile threats posed as a result. X Force has also recently highlighted that more than 40% of security vulnerabilities are unpatched, either because no patch exists or because security fixes are simply not applied. The session looked at what can be done to provide protection against web browser vulnerabilities in this landscape.
